Returns:
Within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee with the customer responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If the return is due to a Funky Hannah's error, all shipping charges and restocking fee will be the store's responsibility.
Please return all merchandise in original condition and packaging via the way it was shipped to you. Include a copy of the original invoice and specify whether you would prefer a refund or a store credit. Sorry: No returns on books, sale items, or closeout items! All in store purchases are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. Allow 2-10 business days for shipment to arrive.
$00.00-$49.99 shipping is $4.95 via Priority Mail via the U.S. mail.
$50.00 and up shipping is free via US Mail.

International Orders:
Will be shipped International Priority Mail. The shipping costs will be the actual cost to ship to the specified location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees. Sorry we cannot offer free shipping for international orders. Please allow 10 business days for shipment to arrive.
Backorders:
All backorders expected to be shipped within 7 days will be processed and tracked as a separate order unless specified by customer. Any backorders expected later than 7 days must be reordered by the customer.
